Help - Player faces not loading in game for some reason

Redownloaded the mega face pack from here followed all the steps but still blank faces in the game?

The folder is in the same folder as all the kits/logos etc which are working fine. Have reloaded skin numerous times, unticked 'use caching to decrease page loading times', ticked 'reload skin when confirming changes in preferences' etc but still wont load.

It'll be something stupid but cant see what doing wrong?!

Can you have a look at the first post in this thread to see if anything in there helps you?

If not, please post any follow-up in there, including screenshots of your megapack folder structure and its contents. I'm locking this thread to keep the forum in some kind of order 🙂
