Canceling of Premium Membership[All Users wanting to do this post here]

P.S: I do not have a PayPal account and i bought the subscription as a guest

I would like to cancel my auto-renew premium subscription, I paid as a guest on PayPal and cannot cancel myself. I would like to keep the current year I paid for but not after that. Please let me know when this can be completed. Thank you.

Hi @Footygamer I signed up to Sortitoutsi stupidly without realising that it was a £10 one time yearly payment and not just a 83p monthly payment. Please are you able to sort out a refund as I can’t afford this? I am not a PayPal member I just purchased the subscription as a guest.

It seems like you somehow signed up again in 2020 after already having an account in 2018 i'm not sure how that happened but one should be cancelled and refunded now 🙂
