Remove club for one season

Hi folks.
Currently making a Scottish database for this season. In the highland league, forres mechanics are in abeyance for this season. How do I add this in the editor? Tried a few things but none seem to work. I believe there's also a few clubs in the West of Scotland league in advance, and they will be back for next season. Cheers

you would have to set up another set of rules to cater for the number of team/s changes in the respective leagues
