There are a lot of PSD templates created by @bolid74 which could kickstart the project massively.
@Dmitri-K has a conversion project which might be interesting to integrate as well, as you're building kits for multiple games converting kits from one to another would be a dream.
Maybe it's good to setup a private message group with all of us to discuss your needs and our needs as a FM community/kits designer.
Someone has beaten you to it . Google Kitbasher . Its really good as it lets you do a 2D kit and does a 3D with it automatically
It's a Windows app right? Not a webapp? It's not working as smoothly as the alternatives above. There is literally 0 control over the logo placement, so it's fine for fantasy kits but not for real ones.

That sounds like a plan 👍
I already saw the 3D previewer and used one of the obj files from it for the 3D view. Fixed it a bit and it's looking quite decent now. It's only missing some normal map for folds etc. but not 100% sure if that's a thing in the game.
If @bolid74 doesn't mind we'd love to convert some of them to the required format, which should be a really straightforward process anyway.
As for the converter, we do have one for PES 22/21 to PES 5 and it was our first idea for the FM side of things but ultimately we decided to develop a dedicated creator that includes templates specifically made for the game. Just as an example, collars work very different in FM and would be tricky to convert correctly with such a tool. So we rather invest that time into making a proper creator. The template and texture layout is a bit tricky and not as well laid out as PES or FIFA but it can be done for sure.
If you can set up such a group that would be great - not sure if I have the required credentials as I just joined.

Wasn't aware of that one and it's looking interesting even though it's fairly different from what I can see. The sheer amount of included templates is impressive! Can't hurt to have two anyway, I think.

Yes, good comment. Within FM there is no such thing as a different collar model, like you are used to in FIFA/PES. It's just one round one, whereby the texture makes the difference. That is completely fine also for FM, I hope they don't change that. With conversion, there would always be need for checking those details, and updating if necessary.
You can all use my PSD files anyway you want. I'll take some time tomorrow and link here all the packs for your convenience, so you don't have to search for them in various topics

Hey guys,
Not sure if this is the right place but wanted to give it a try.
In short, we are behind the popular FIFA and PES kit creator and wanted to create a FM version for a while.
We've recently started working on the FM version and would love some additional help with templates and questions about the editing process.
If you're interested, please send a direct message 👋

Awesome @kitcreator! Myself and @DokteurHaisse started a project to preview 3D kits last year, which already could be a good base for this project.
