Antonio Conte's 3-5-2 Tottenham Hotspur

Hi all, 

Here is arguably and in my opinion the best tactic on the current patched version of FM 22. Tested extensively with Tottenham Hotspur, but it works equally well across all teams, leagues, and divisions. 

Based on Antonio Conte's real-life 3-5-2 formation used versus Liverpool. 

It's essentially a plug-and-play and guarantees goals, stunning wing play, consistent performances, and trophies. It's not unbeatable, you will lose games, but you'll dominate 99% of every game you play.  including away to the Premier League and Europes Elite. 

It's the first time I've uploaded a tactic, but genuinely felt it was too good not to. It's Amazing. But, don't take my word for it.
