Gibraltar have been granted full UEFA membership and will take part in Euro 2016 qualification.

There's a few comments saying they beat the Faroe Islands 3-0 not long back, so maybe not

Have to imagine that would have been a much-weakened Faroe Islands team, doubt they'd be sending their full team, foreign-based professional included, to play an unofficial international.
