Can't add Europe as continent when trying to change UCL squad rules

So im trying to edit squad registration rules for the champions league and im following a guide set up by 'kingrobbo' here:

So the thing is in advanced rules, im trying to convert the file into a continent only file and i "add" a new set of rules, a newt set called "other" show up, i change the competition from "default" to "continent". Then the guide says "Add Europe as Continent" but I just cant find the place to do it. How do I add Europe? Because till then I cant get to the "Show rules for Chamipons Cup" tab. Thanks.
