FM22 Editor keeps crashing

Whenever i open FM22 editor and select the “people database” i keep getting an error message and the editor crashes. i have tried this multiple times, ive selected multiple database (22.04 plus the other 2). i also have uninstalled and reinstalled the editor, deleted all cache files and folders, but nothing
