Today we create Franck Haise's 3-4-3/3-4-2-1. Both of the formations are used in each match he plays, as they are so easy to switch to and from. The 3-4-3 uses the two playmakers out wide, and the 3-4-2-1 simply places the two playmakers centrally.
With this system you can expect to play some fluid passing football, and create many many chances. When it comes to defending the wide playmakers back up the full backs almost making it a line of 2 fullbacks. The midfield drops back to help out too.
We tested with two sides that he has managed that being Lorient and current side Rens. So two underdog teams in the French division, and the results we got where simply outstanding.
