Custom Graphics on Network Save Issue

Not sure if this is the right forum to post in, but any help would be grateful!

I've made some custom graphics (badges, 2D kits and 3D kits) for a friends network save. The only issue is that the home and away kits aren't show at all.
They're only showing for the person hosting the game. The rest of us can only see our badges and the third kits.

We tested it out as a offline save and everything works fine, so the only thing I can think of is it's an issue with the online games currently?
