Physical icon stays green

The physical icon of the players (the little heart) does not adjust during the match and stays completely green for the whole match unless I refresh the page (by e.g. going to a player profile and back). Anyone have an idea how to fix this? Have already closed FM, reloaded the skin, but all does not work.
