AFC Ajax participated in the 1994–1995 Eredivisie football season in the Netherlands. League and Cup victories for Ajax. With 106 goals scored during the season and no losses, they won the 25th Dutch championship in fine fashion. In the final, Ajax defeated AC Milan 1-0 to win their fourth European Cup. By overcoming Gremio, Ajax also prevailed in the Intercontinental Cup. One of the greatest teams in football history is thought to be this Ajax unit.
Ajax went undefeated in 52 domestic games plus 19 UEFA Champions League games from 1994 to 1996, with the 1995 season being regarded as its pinnacle. The 1995 Ajax team went 48 games without a loss overall and went unbeaten for an entire year in both the local league and Europe. A team has never before accomplished the feat of winning the domestic league and the Champions League simultaneously while being undefeated.
