Intensity bar seems broken in my game.

Hi.

Since yesterday there seems to be an issue with the intensity bar in my game. No matter what mentality or tactics I used the intensity remained the same.

I first noticed it after a save that took longer than usual. So I thought that it might be corrupted and started a new game. Same issue. So today I uninstalled the game, deleted the relevant folder in the ‘Documents’ folder of my computer, then reinstalled the game. Problem still there. At this point I have no idea what's wrong and I was wondering if someone could help?

The first picture is of a very defensive mentality and the second is a very attacking mentality - but the intensity bar is in exactly the same place.
