Contract and Transfer Issues

I'm not sure if this has been touched on before but all the new transfers have their contract start dates in 2022, and their actual contracts expiry reduced by one year. For example, Ruben Neves contracts irl ends 2026, but in this database, his contract ends in 2025. Wouldn't it better to keep the year same as the accurate irl year, since the other players that are unaffected by transfers/contracts don't have their contracts adjusted by -1 year? Last year's summer data update database kept the accurate irl contract years for start and expiry for example. 
 

Also, another thing is every player that has signed a new contract has their “club join date” changed to their “contract sign date” as well. This means, for example, Luka Modric signs a new contract, but in the game it recognizes Modric as a “new player”, causing a lot of balance issues in every team's chemistry. Basically half the world are new signings at their club even if they have been there for ten years irl.

@kenlim1991  I think you may have made a mistake installing the update. Maybe you have other files interfering with ours?

We do modify all dates and ages.

See Harry Kane below has a contract expiry date of 2023, one year into the game, and an age of 29. This is accurate to June 2023 even though the game date is June 2022.

Last years data update also included this, so i'm a bit confused by your first paragraph.

The second point about join date, that may well be a bug and i'm surprised no one else has reported it, i'll get this fixed asap.

@kenlim1991 the second issue with join dates has been fixed now and will be in tomorrows update.

Some clarification of what you mean by the first issue would be appreciated 🙂

Hi there, I downloaded the FM Data Update of the date 28/06, however whilst every single other update is activated, transfers are not for some reason. I just want to know what file within the sortitoutsi folder is for the transfers, just to make sure. Hope this can be addressed!
