Can Pre Game Editor change Shirt numbers like the In Game Editor or can someone help me with a fix please?

Hope I've posted this in the right place, So I'm using Flut's skin and it adds some Fifa logo's on the numbers, which are really cool.

The problem is though that some teams numbers and the color of the border line on the number are the same, in this instance they are both blue so the detail doesn't show.

I'm on gamepass so I only have the PRE GAME Editor, someone said that you can use the IN GAME Editor which I don't have to change the number border like this

So you get this

Could anyone help me with a file to do this please, I just need Tottenham and Derby doing,
