Is there a way to change my created clubs name in an existing save?

I've basically tried changed the .lnc file which did only change the “base” clubs name to my created clubs name in a new save game and the in game editor doent let me change my own clubs name. However it works perfectly (for both the second team and the youth team (U19)) via either the in game editor or editing the .lnc file. I don't get where the problem lies. Any way to solve this?
