Silesian Club in Germany
I have created the region of Silesia within FM and moved 3 Silesian clubs to the German 3rd tier.
Banik Ostrava, slask wroclaw and Gorlitz (a border town between Germany and Poland)
Gorlitz have been given a healthy balance and backing from their owners as they seek to enforce their Silesian only transfer policy.
Will you be able to conquer Germany with only Silesian players?
To make the the task somewhat achievable I have given Gorlitz a few tweaks
- Underwriter Owner
- Improved Facilities
- A Selection of Silesian youth prospects
- Silesian U21 players have been given randomised potential
- Some reinforcements for season 2

Great concept. Would love to see this for former East Germany , or other major regions around Europe.

The only limitation with projects like this is the number of nations available in the database but otherwise it's relatively simple to alter the extinct nations.
The way to get the transfer policy is a bit finicky however.

East Germany is a region that can be selected though right ? I’d play that to champions league glory for sure . I’m starting this save now to see how realistic it is for European glory , but the region seems far more limited

East Germany as a nation still exists in the game so making it into an active nation again is just a matter of moving the regions and cities to the East German nation in the database.
Also need to give players born in the region either East German first or second nationality.
