Blame the Daily Mail for showing an image of a completely different species at the very top of the article

You were right, the wife got sent home from work after having a fit.
I'm getting an early night tonight before anything else happens.

As I have moaned about many times on here I have a re-occurng knee dislocation problem steaming back from a football related injury in 2011, It was fixed surgically in August 2012 and all seemed well until a few months back when it began propping out again. I've been having physiotherapy as well as seeing a specialist and orthodontist since then which my employer is well aware of.
I work part-time in a newsagents which means standing up all day as well as having to kneel down whilst putting new stock on the shelves, whilst doing this my knee cap again dis-located (even whilst wearing a prescription knee support) right in front of my manager, I gave out a pretty loud grunt of pain and told her what had happened, however all I got in return was "Sorry, can't help you, take a lghter load next time." and she went on doing what she was doing as I was left to try and push my knee back into socket and get back to work. No note was made of this in any accident log and no first aid was offered to me as was left to limp around the shop for the remainder of my shift. Thankfully a collegue agreed to swap duties with me so I went behind the counter whilst she took over the stock rotation but I was still in considerable pain and still am now when I put weight on the leg, four days after the incident.
I feel I should complain about the incident but I don't want to make life at work awkward for myself so I'm caught in two minds.

That was my thinking, it wasn't that heavy, just a couple of boxes full of chocolate bars but still I'm sure from a health and safety perspective I'm only supposed to take one at a time.
Still the fact that no first aid was offered, or even a hand to get up is disgusting in my book.
