Was meant to be on my way to Paris now for the finish of the Tour de France but my Granddad passed away over night, first time ive lost a close family member and not really sure how i feel tbh, bit numb i guess.

I'll be 28 next February, my uncle began to go grey in his late 20's, although my dad is 54 this Sunday and still hasn't got any .

I'm in Scotland now, went to Hampden last night for the athletics. The fucking roar when David Weir was gold was the loudest I've ever heard a crowd. Bloody brilliant. Got to see David Rudisha compete as well which was ace.
