I'm proud of Gaviao, took a few years for him to find his feet but it just shows, if you keep the faith then you can really reap the benefits. Too often people dispense and give up on players, hell I even still do it sometimes. But if you play the waiting game and look to the future, players can come good. Its taken four years to get him to this point.

20 goals in his last three seasons, 19 this season with three games left to play.

Blew it, 1 point form our last two games. Real shame, started the season on fire but just faded away. Still a good season overall, but a question of 'What if?'

Well all jobs need to end, shame it wasn't with the title, would be great as Johno said if you took your brazilian star with you!

I was debating trying to take some of my staff with me wherever I go next, especially the Ast Man. Gaviao? Possibly.

Lots of German interest in me, but no interest in them from me. A good sign really, at least my rep is going up.

Asia for me. Declaring my interest in a few jobs, furthest I am willing to deviate is Israel. Would love a stab at things in Korea.

Out of the job for a couple of months, turned down a few Indian teams and lots of German ones. Nothing forthcoming from Asia but a decent team from Malta has offered me a deal. Don't really fancy it but I'm gonna weigh everything up. The contract on offer is only a six month deal, so I can take it and just see how things go. If I don't feel it, I can leave after six monh, if I get hooked, happy days.

Gonna have a good look at the squad and a few other bits and bobs.

Decided to take the job for two reasons;

1. I'm not happy with how quickly the years are going by, I want to slow down the game a little bit and taking this little six month adventure will slow me down
2. There's a familiar face in the squad

Can I ask where you downloaded your leagues from?

All from the Steam workshop, I had to make some edits though to things like league start dates, suspension rules and foreigner rules. So it took some testing and editing to make things realistic / playable.

I'm desperate to get back in Asia, just in that kind of Thai boy mood. So yes, I have resigned. This little club served its purpose, but I have bigger fish to fry.

Israeli second division, predicted last, 2 games into the season already. Ok, thumbs up, lets do this.

This is the formation I have opted for, the wingers aren't in the squad for my world famous 433, so we go for the classic 4312. I had a few days to operate with in the window so I tried to sign the players to fit this 4312.

As soon as I arrived I was already 5k over the wage budget, so non-loan deals were not an option.



Straight in as my starting LB.



Will be a starting CB, but his ability upfront could come in use, decent on the ball, decent in the air.



Backup option at LB, squad had no LBs before I arrived.



Needed a more defensive midfielder in the squad and he fit the bill.



Pure pace, want him tearing apart tired defences in the last twenty minutes of games.

Change your AM(s) into a SS(a), they seem to perform so much better regardless of attributes I've found.
