Anyways, just watched the semi-final between Hibs and Dundee United as I'm a Dundee United half-supporter. Got to show some solidarity with my fellow tangerines, plus I have a Scottish friend who supports them too. Unfortunately, their season just got worse as they were knocked out on penalties and now all that's left is an ever unlikely fight against relegation. Hibs started the game much stronger but after Cummings made a horrible chipped penalty miss, United grew into the game and had much the better chances. Logan, the goalkeeper at Hibs, hadn't played a game in almost a year and a half - his last being for Rochdale in December 2015 I think the commentator said. Whilst he looked rather unfit, he made the saves in both normal time and when the game went to penalties that sent Hibs through, he's got to be the man of the match imo. Don't think either of these teams would have been strong enough to overturn Rangers or Celtic in the final, but Hibs now have that oppurtunity.
Come on United, survive!
