These can be downloaded but not opened using the unzip programmes.

The kit packs work and unzip fine but the bigger files don't

Any help would be appreciated

Which unzip programmes are you using? I suggest Winrar for PCs and the Unarchiver for Macs. If the bigger files aren't opening, it could be they aren't being fully downloaded.

If all the programmes ain't working, I suspect it's an issue with the file itself, possibly not being fully downloaded.

Hi, every time I try to download the facepack it keeps coming up with losing connection? Has anyone else come across this problem?
Ive tried on my MacBook and windows laptop and neither are working?

If you use Google Chrome to download it, you can resume the download from the point it was interrupted
