1. Extract folder to Documents/Sport Interactive/Football Manager 20##/graphics/kits/put in here!
( If there is no graphics folder there, create "graphics" )
2. FM15/16 - click 'Preferences'...click 'Interface'....click unticked 'Use caching to decrease page loading times and click tick 'Reload skin when confirming changes in preferences'.....click 'Reload Skin'.
3. FM17 - click 'Preferences'..click 'Interface'....click unticked 'Use caching to decrease page loading times and click tick 'Reload skin when confirming changes in preferences'.....click 'Reload Skin'.
THEN ALWAYS when you download other pack, DO 'CLEAR CACHE then RELOAD SKIN AS ALWAYS after download to folders.

Me and Frank will create few more level 9 leagues during season, so far we have 2 requests, Midland and Northern counties east.
Unfortunately now it's not a good time (for me at least) to do lvl 9 leagues becuase I'm making some other stuff and I also have less free time at this time of year. But it would greatly improve chances of making the league if someone else would collect pictures and links. At that level, research takes more time than actual kit making. Pictures don't need to be spectacular.

Level 9 consists of 14 leagues (5 have been done so far). All level 9 leagues will never be done completely, simply because research for such low level leagues takes ridiculous amount of time, compared to actual kit making.
So, here's an open invitation for anyone who's requesting level 9 leagues, send me pictures of all teams within desired league and probability of creation of that league will jump from 0% to 80%. Might even jump to 100% if there are no exotic and unique kits.
