@hammer9 these are the default kits made by Sports Interactive!
I already checked and they are identical. Furthermore, there are no Benevento kits in this pack. So no doubt these are the kits made by SI.

have you try SSKCC?

SSKCC will not solve this problem because in "kits and colours" there are still kits assigned specifically for EU competitions.
Those kits have to be removed, and only one kit should be there, with no competition assigned to it.

Well, yes.

Instead of SSKCC file, try this file (link bellow). It's the same SSKCC file, but with Juve kit edited in such a way that it should show custom kits in all competition.
Please start a new career and let me know if it works.

You can also open it with editor, see how kits and colours should be set up and apply this to other clubs of interest.
If you have in-game editor (you should get it if not), you can edit kits and colours in careers in progress.

This file should solve this problem once and for all. I invite all of you to try it and give feedback.

http://www.mediafire.com/file/q279h6hem9t45fv/SSKCC18.3.3v1.3_kits_in_cups_fixed_SerieA_PremLeag_1HNL.fmf

Now, this is important: don't use SSKCC file made by @hammer9 because this is that (latest 18.3.3.v1.3) file with only some modifications by me. Use just this one.
I invite @hammer9 to build future SSKCC file on this one and perhaps we can fix other top leagues as well.

SSKCC in general fixes missing 3rd kits or wrong colours. I have now changed kits and colours in following leagues, which results in custom made kits being always visible in cups and eu competition. With original database you could only see custom kits in domestic championship for clubs that are qualified for EU competitions in 1st season (basically all top clubs, Manchester, Tottenham, Juventus and so on).

Leagues fixed:
England Premier
Italy Serie A
Croatia 1st (only Dinamo was affected)

You have to start new career. Or alternatively, you can open this file in editor, check for example Man Utd how I sorted kits and colours, and replicate that with in-game editor in on going careers.

The file templates for FM18 are different from those for FM17, and so this file won't work properly for FM17. I'm sure there will have been a Serie A 3D kitpack for FM17, so use that one instead
