Match engine pauses every so often

Hi just started playing after the patch, started a new game. I'm playing with 3d enabled but watching the 2d dots mode.

Every so often during the game the match engine pauses for a second and plays on again.

Does anyone know a fix for this? All my drivers are upto date, nothing running in the background. Game was fine before the patch.
