What is my fault in the config Data?

Hey guys,
I wanted to start creating some trikots for lower German leagues but when I try to get them into the game it does not work!
Usefull informations:
- face files can easily integrate in the game!
- the pictures are 220x220p and .png
- Sometimes the home trikots are integrated into the game
- other trikot files are integrated in the game so the fault has to be in the pictures or the config data

The picture in the addition shows the config data and the pictures
