Transfer Embargo Database

Morning All. I'm trying to either find a database where transfer bans are in place worldwide, or looking for a bit of help in editing the database to do this.
Long story short, I'm curious to see how each club does when they cannot use their transfer might and have to rely solely on their youth system. This should also have a knockoff affect on the international scene.
