I'm going to speculate here and say part of it has to do with the fact this is the first time in four years I haven't tried to play a 4-4-2.

Still, that's a terrible set of results. I've made a request on the official forum to have Diouf's mental data changed, in the game at the moment he's an absolute cunt to manage.

There's tons of articles about it, he's taken on a new air of maturity at the club, because no one wanted him here when he first arrived. He's supposedly helping out the young players, working hard in training and impressing on the pitch.

So when you go into a team talk and say 'passionately' "Got out there and show me what you can do" and his reaction is 'furious' 'looked to switch off', there's a large degree of disparity between the game and the real world. Not great in a game that tries to be a simulation.
