You're not keeping the aspect ratio when cropping the source image, which leads to the image being somewhat stretched horizontally.
As described elsewhere, before uploading any more cuts, for the time being post the source images and the eventual cuts in the tutorial thread so that feedback like this doesn't appear on a player's timeline and so that cuts don't end up getting repeatedly rejected.
