Just as an FYI, there are two possible tweaks you can do for green in a face. Either you add a cut's hue (xtrl+u)  or you use the action displayed in the below video to remove it, depending on the kind of ‘green’ in the cut:

Found a larger version of the source and colour/brightness-corrected it a bit
