@Jack Hodder, if you're having to upscale your cuts to the extent that they look this grainy, then it's a good sign the source image probably isn't large enough.

This is not a comment on your cutting technique, which is perfectly fine, but on the choice of sources. A cut can only be as good as the source it comes from. If the latter isn't the largest, the former will be grainy and lacking sharpness, and probably not an improvement.

Please make sure you don't just blanket cut a whole team, but only those which are really needed, because otherwise it's a waste of my time having to check it (and unfortunately reject it) and your time having to cut it. Take the time to check a person's timeline before cutting an image for him. This whole team was cut just a few weeks ago already 😕
