@Roy Reshef, these are not bad cuts from a technical standpoint, far from it, however they are cropped much too far from the chin.
As per the guidelines, we look for all cuts to have a collar and to be cropped within 2-3 pixels of the chin. When a collar is lower down than that, this is the technique you should use to nudge it upwards:
Besides, you would do well to check a person's timeline to see if the current cut has been produced recently. There's hardly any point in cutting another image, when the current cut is very recent and of a very good quality, as is the case here…
