How was this even an update?
It's cropped a bit too far beneath the chin, but I don't see much wrong with it otherwise. There are plenty of hair details, no snow I can see and the image quality is fine.
That said, on a second look, I think the previous cut is a bit better, but I don't really think it's such a glaring error, frankly.
