One small thing, for images such as this where the head in the uncut source is tilted to one side, the final cut looks much better if the head is rotated until it's upright before being cropped. If you don't have Photoshop, use a site like this, using the advanced function to rotate by however many degrees necessary. For example, for this one, I'd have used maybe around 10-15 clockwise 🙂
