Can you let us know how you determined that the image was taken April 2016? Masevo was 14 at the time, and that is certainly not the photo of a 14 year old.
In fact, I suspect it's from this season's squad photoshoot, or last season's at the latest, since the squad list on the official website contains players who joined in the summer of 2019.
Generally speaking, if you think a source is not worth cutting, it's much more helpful to tell the requester how to find better sources rather than assuming they can do so easily 😉

In fact , it 's really not practical on the official ParisFC website. There are half of young u17 to national3 which have their image dated on April 2016 in the image url. For example the same player can have an image in u17 and another image in a higher age category. This is one of the worst sites i have seen.
I admit that i also have doubts about the date on April 2016 , but all players with this date appear younger than others.
After on photoshop , it is possible to add a jersey of ParisFC on an old player photo.
You can go to this site and look at the date of the images , you ‘ ll see , it’s a disaster.
Not bad but it's got a lot of snow. Care should be taken to avoid snow on cuts as much as possible. This short and easy-to-understand video shows a good method of how to quickly spot and clean snow. Additionally, it's slanted to the side, best to rotate it prior to cropping it, in the manner demonstrated in this video.
