@Mall Musicc, I was perfectly capable of rotating it and cropping it myself, but all that does is produce an image like yours which is not too sharp. Best to recut it from scratch.

Not bad @Mall Musicc, but we prefer to have images rotated in order to have it fully upright and also to have images cropped no more than 2-3 pixels above the head and below the chin.
