@Jose Moreno Mendoza, please have a look at the tutorial and guidelines thread before making any future cuts.
If the source allows it, like I suspect the majority of these did, then cuts should be in 250x250. All cuts must also contain a collar and there shouldn't be more than 2-3 pixels beneath the bottom of the person's chin and/or facial hair.
