Can we have the original source for this @Jdeases?
The collar is overlapping the neck too much and it doesn't look realistic at all. Moreover, try and crop closer to the chin by nudging the collar upwards if need be. There should be no more than 2-3 pixels beneath the chin, anything else is unnecessary.
