@mikn, the distance between the top of the head and the top of the canvas, and beneath the chin and the bottom of the canvas shouldn't be any more than 2-3 pixels. Also, there's no reason to crop out the chin. Have a look at this thread for the guidelines and rules we have for cut-outs, including several video tutorials showing how each technique can be achieved.
I've posted the source from which it was cut so that the community can give it a go.
We recommend using the free online tool remove.bg to remove the background of your cut and Photoshop (or its free online equivalent photopea.com) to edit the ensuing draft cut.
