@Henrick, it makes little sense to replace a 250x cut with a 180x one, especially when the larger image is very recent 😕
The cut is not very sharp and it's got no collar.
@Donjai#0216 please remember that we want all cuts to include a little bit of collar. At the same time, the ideal cut only contains 2-3 pixels beneath the chin. Since in some sources like this one, the person in the image may have a longer neck than usual, this would be quite difficult to achieve naturally.
If the source is small, however, like it seems to be here, there's little point in cutting it, especially if the current cut is quite similar and in 250x250 already, because the resulting cut won't be considered an improvement.

I added collar and adjusted the scale of the head, I do believe this one is an improvement.
