The source image is 160x160 for a photo down to the middle of the chest. Stands to reason that it's not going to be anywhere near large enough for 250x250…
@Shadow77, yet again I remind you that, if the source image is small or not the best, the cut should not be in 250x250 but in 180x180.
Also, when you have a lot of images to upload, then you should upload them as a pack instead of individually and save the both of us some time.
You can also request up to 50 images per pack instead of just 6 when done individually.
