I dont understand why every picture must have collar. If it has to be, please look at the Kylian Mbappe cut-out picture at current megapack please. Also collar requirement decrease the clearness of picture and it should be depend on the player. I will contunie to cut-out my pictures for my own game and will not upload here. Sorry. I am not a professional PS user.

Mbappe's current cutout has a collar, so I don't understand what you're talking about. As for the clarity of the picture, I don't quite understand either, can you explain in other words?

It must have a collar because that's the megapack standard look. If you post images here, it's because you want them to be added to the megapack. If they don't have a collar, then they most likely won't be added to the megapack (and certainly not if I spot them). It's not rocket science.
I have no idea what point you're making with the Mbappe cut, because he does have a collar, as per below 😕
Having a collar in a cut makes no difference to its quality at all, if the cutter knows what they're doing. Actually, it avoids the chicken-neck effect, which is one of the reasons why a collar is necessary.
We are not professional Photoshop users, in fact some of us don't even use Photoshop, and the technique to nudge a collar upwards is very easy and takes literally seconds to do. If you don't want to do it, that's your decision, just like it's my decision to also reject any cuts you upload without collars.
Already requested @Deano1903 😉

Sorry mate, i'm still learning how to search for a cut out before requesting. The site has changed alot since I've last been here

No worries. It may look a bit complex but having a timeline with the person's cuts all in one place is a great timesaver once you get used to it 🙂
@Softless, this is not game ready as it still needs to be cut so it should be requested as source. Moreover, the source image is much too small to be worth cutting, plus the existing cut is from a larger version of the same source already, so it's not worth the effort.
@bigfoot5000, I'm afraid the edges of the cut are a bit blurry and it's cropped too far beneath the chin. This thread contains guidelines for what we're looking for in our cuts in terms of dimensions, snow, collars, face orientation etc. and video tutorials for each element.
I've uploaded the original source image so that it can be recut accordingly,
If you want to give it another go yourself, I would recommend using remove.bg, which is a free online tool which removes the background to an excellent standard, for free and almost instantly.
Here's a couple of videos on how to use it, one when combined with Photoshop and another using photopea.com, which is a free online app so close to Photoshop that it has the same shortcuts, layout and icons.
If you don't have Photoshop, photopea.com is the tool I would recommend to use to tweak the draft cut produced by remove.bg. It's more powerful and versatile than GIMP and other similar tools.
Keep in mind that, as per the guidelines, we want all cuts to include a little bit of collar. At the same time, the ideal cut only contains 2-3 pixels beneath the chin. Since in some sources like this one, the person in the image may have a longer neck than usual, this would be quite difficult to achieve naturally.
Here's a video of the process on how to nudge the collar upwards:
@UfukMete Please start listening to the feedback you've already been provided with.
First, every cutout must have a collar. You can easily move the collar upwards following the instructions in the first video below. Secondly, when the player's head is at an angle or titled to one side like in this cutout, you should rotate the image (in this case by about 2 degrees clockwise) so that their face is more upright. You can do this by following the instructions in the second video.
