Go to the club's home page: https://naestvedboldklub.dk/foersteholdet/

If you right-click on the player's image and select open image in new tab, you'll see that the URL of the ensuing thumbnail is:

https://naestvedboldklub.dk/wp-content/webp-express/webp-images/doc-root/wp-content/uploads/2021/08/vkgR_ZyA-e1632912219811-200x300.png.webp 

If you remove the bit in bold red font, it'll give you 

https://naestvedboldklub.dk/wp-content/webp-express/webp-images/doc-root/wp-content/uploads/2021/08/vkgR_ZyA-e1632912219811.png.webp
