A couple of points:
a) Try and leave no more than 2-3 pixels of empty space above the head
b) The cut had a fair bit of snow in the hair, which is quite easy to spot and remove. You can put it through remove.bg first, and if there's still some left, you can follow the steps outlined in the below tutorial to remove it all:
