@Bastiaans, very occasionally, the source image is, for reasons best known to whoever takes the original photo, shrunk horizontally, leading to a face which is overly narrow and not really proportionate to real-life.
What you then need to do is to use the image size function to increase the width of the face to a more realistic one (making sure not to constrain the image aspect ration), then use the canvas size function to decrease the width back to 250 pixels.
