I'm afraid I must disagree. The new cut is of excellent quality with great hair details and the source you have requested will definitely not produce an improvement since it's nowhere near as large or as sharp, which is why it was rejected. We have hundreds of pending sources, and I prefer that cutters spend their time cutting images which will result in improvements.
If you want a cut to be made from that source, you'll have to cut it yourself, using the methods I showed you here 👍
