@ydkb_, I don't know what methods you're using for cutting, but I'm afraid they're not very good as yet. No worries, it's to be expected since you're still starting out 
I'm re-opening it so that a better attempt may be made on this source. Since you're still starting out, I would suggest that, instead of uploading the completed cut, you post your draft cut-outs in the comments rather than as completed requests so that we can give you feedback on your technique and how to improve your cuts
For example, for these 2 recent cuts, I would remind you that cuts should be 250x250 and that there should be no more than 2-3 pixels between the bottom of the chin/facial hair and the bottom of the canvas. Additionally, I would recommend using remove.bg to get the initial draft cut since it will produce better results than whatever method you're currently doing. In sources like this, you should crop it to an area around the face before putting it through remove.bg.

There's a little bit of snow above the ear on our left. This short and easy-to-understand video shows a good method of how to quickly spot and clean snow. But great otherwise
One other thing to point out is that in a source like this, it's ideal to rotate it a couple of degrees so that the face is upright rather than at an angle - see this comment for an example of what I mean
