@rekooner2 Most of you OM pics are clearly an improvement. However, I had to reject a few because looking to the side isn't better than front faced. But good cuts anyway.

@Kenshin, not bad but have a look at this thread for some guidance and tutorials of what we look for in our cuts. The edges are a bit jagged and they'd look much better if you used remove.bg as the tool to remove the background.
Also, there's a bit of snow in the hair, plus we prefer to have 250x250 wherever possible.
