For future reference, you need to take both the ?anchorpoint=top&greyscale=false picture and the ?anchorpoint=middle&greyscale=false picture to get the full face (and ?anchorpoint=bottom&greyscale=false if part of the face is still cropped out after that), for a result like this (combined in photoshop)
