There's really no need to tell me every time
If it's a completed cut, it goes into my to-be-compared folder anyway which I don't sort by category. It only really matters if it's a request, and really and truly I only mind when it's a deliberate attempt to go around the request limit. If it's a genuine mistake, I really don't mind.
